I used to read the offer all the time at the website saying" book one ticket and get another at re.1 or 20% discount. But trust me you will never get this offer/discount. I tried booking the ticket several times but it always showed some error.
Further to this I mailed the support department talking about the issue. I dint believe my eyes when I received a reply from their side saying that due to non receipt of necessary authentication from the card issuing bank, your card is not being accepted for processing the payments.
If we book the tickets without clicking on the offer button the tickets get booked easily with the same credit card. They think that they can make customers fool by displaying such offers on the website.. Pathetic service I would say and a very irresponsible reply to complaints I received. they don't deserve a single star, Very poor
