Tried to send some amount to Canada - to my son - through Bookmyforex in the last week of June 2023.
Had been put on hold and no response. Promished call back atleast 10 times but no call back.
Then tried online payment/ booking on their website - for so called verification kept me waiting for 2 days - ten told me that they can not send forex as the banks are closed / next day Bakrid / proposed rule changes - many excuses, but no solution.
They talk sweet but no service and keep you on tenterhooks. No special rates as they do not provide service in time. Avoid them if you want time bound service.
