Bookcab charged me without service

I booked with bookcab online, for pickup at BA airport. They sent an email saying that a deposit amount of 340 was charged to my credit card, as advance. There was no other email and so I assumed booking went through.


After landing in BA, there was nobody to pick us up and I called to find out that the booking failed for unknown reason and bookcab never notified me of it. Inconvenience aside (a big one at that because we landed for an overseas trip and were jet lagged), they kept the advance and am still fighting with them to get it back.


Huge thumbs down to this company. This incident is a window into how disorganized the company is and users please be aware....* If u can take a chance with your next flight, bookcab is a good option :(
