Bookadda* **appears** to be a fantastic competitor to *Flipkart* and other online book dealers, and would steal the show at any time, with the discount they offer.
*But is it all?*
Bookadda would invariably flaunt, about delivery of books in 2-4 business days, however that is where the problem lies.
When I had ordered a book the first time, it had taken around 10 days to deliver a book, which I felt probably because of unavailability, they would have taken some time, but I never followed up on the matter.
I have ordered a set of books, which they did mention, that, would get delivered in 2-4 days. However its been more than fortnight, but I have not received the same. The books ordered were out of urgency, and I would have expected the delivery within time, but it didn't happen.
Follow-ups on email, and customer care, would also provide the same morphed answer **Please don't worry, it has been already ordered, and you would receive it in another 2-4 days*
On requesting cancellation, the representative would say **it cannot be cancelled, as it has already been ordered*
On many occasions, couldn't even reach a proper customer care representative, and the connection was disconnected.
If I am asked, more discount, or proper responsiveness, in this case I would go with proper responsiveness, and would never order from Bookadda.
