I have ordered an auto fold ORVM from Boodmo and vide
Order #1742443826-3134 dated 20 March 2025. The total cost of the product including delivery charges is Rs.5249/- and I made the payment.
The expected delivery date was 24 March 2025, and they haven't delivered the product till today(01 April 2025). I was following up the order every day and they are not taking any responsibility on delivering the product. I got an e-mail from Boodmo yesterday(31 March 2025) that they delivered the material on 20 March 2025, the same day they dispatched it from Delhi. The tracking report on their website indicates that the material reached Pune only on 24 Mach 2025.
Boodmo is so irresponsible and there is no customer support phone numbers to contact them and the service through their portal is just copy past of the earlier communication.
I asked Boodmo to cancel the order and refund the money if they are unable to deliver the product, but they are not ready to do so.

Please don't waste your hard-earned money through Boodmo.
