I did have issues getting information from them at times, but after a little pestering, I did get calls and emails on the status of my order, my suggestion to buyers is to ask them for a picture of the actual product before buying. I wanted 2 pendants from here
The divine Hanuman pendant and the Divine Ek Onkar pendant, the first time I ordered the Hanuman pendant, which was poorly designed, looked nothing like the picture in terms of the detail, however the second time, I asked them to send me a picture of the Ek Onkar pendant, luckily they had it, and it looked well made, hence I got it.
So best bet is to ask them for a true image of the product and then only order.
