I had purchase this earring . The product is very beautiful but very delicate .When the product arrived the weight of the product is 1 gm lesser then what is mention on the website.

They have charged according to the weight . But when they give less weight jewelry they should refund the money. Not very happy although the design is very good and different.

we understand that the weight might vary but then they should give a refund .

We value your business and to further to our conversation please note that delivered weight in gold had weight difference of 0.61 grams as it is made to order product and there are chances of slight weight differences in the manufactured product.
Since we have delivered extra 0.04 carat weight in the diamond in this product hence the weight difference amount was not refunded. You can also have further verified in the invoice and the certificates provided along with the order.
