It is one of top most brand in AC in india. I bought Blue Star split AC from flipcart in May 2015.
Service & Support- Service support by blue star was ok. Service charges are very high. It takes long time in rural or town area because no service support by vendors. The service Quality and support from Customer care executive all are below the standard of company
Cooling and Sound- Its turbo cooling facility cool the room very fastly. There is energy saving mode so it consumed less power . The fans works smoothly. The noise of the product as compare to other brand is negligible. I used AC 10-12 hour in my 600 sqr feet area.
Reliability & Satisfactions- Design and interior of Blue star Split AC gives decent looks. Maintenance of AC is very low.
Value for money- Price of the product are higher that other brand but Company provides installation without any charges.
