Worst Service Ever: Had another experience again where the courier has reached Pune in last week & still the the courier hasn't reached me.
Tracking details given are totally useless for customers. No real time updates given, updates remain the same for more than 2 days. The updates whatever are given are useless as you will never find out where your courier is right now.
Telephone numbers given on website for particular locations are useless, as no one ever picks up.
Had complete shipping address still showing the status, "Address incomplete & contact customer service". Didn't even try to call the consignee for the address. Just ridiculous!
No contact numbers for the delivery boy or even worse they do not carry phones. How are they supposed to contact us in case they are not able to find any address? or how should we contact them in case we need urgent delivery due to unavailability later.
Need to learn from couriers services like Ekart Logistics, Delhivery or take any logistics, How frequent and how they update the tracking details and how they operate.
Such a big name with all dumb people working.
Pathetic service.
