I'm an NRI and had a very important parcel to be mailed from Mumbai to Dehra Dun. The shipment took a couple of days and reached the destination safely.
I didn't have to use costumer service. I would rate this service 5/5.
My waybill is 33080383066. I was a bit wary of the postal services in India, but Blue Dart proved me wrong.
I have another friend who had her passport mailed through Blue Dart, and she was fully satisfied with their service.
