I have lived at Thane and CBD Belapur got excellent services from Blue Dart.
Package delivery, information about dispatch, timings all very good. Many times appreciable service.
Now in Anushakti Near Chembur, terrrible service. *Always* delayed delivery. Very poor customer care actually no one to take care at office.
No punctuality even after scheduling the delivery man can come anytime. He can write any false excuse like door closed on tracking portal.
This has happened a number of times. Nowadays I make it a point to avoid Blue Dart for delivery in this locality.
