I have had multiple terrible experiences with Bluedart in West Bengal. Bluedart took 20 days to deliver one online shopping product from Delhi to Kolkata! And then the product reached me in damaged condition.
Currently, I am waiting for two shipments through Bluedart, both were shipped 9 days ago from Mumbai! Also, my experience with the delivery personnel- many of them are rude and arrogant. They will deliver to anyone without bothering to get a proper signature. Their website is totally useless. They do not call before delivery. the list is endless. I have also noticed that Bluedart invariably defaults on prepaid orders. Something highly fishy is going on here.
