I ordered a phone from Flipkart and they selected Blue Dart to deliver. This was a gift for someone else.
Thanks to BLUE DART. They never delivered as promised. The shipment has been going around multiple offices, (Due to a pin change which I requested long back and I was assured that it has been taken care of)
I had called them 7 times in a day on 25th Aug to track my courier, for which none of the inexperienced customer reps responded in a proper way.
They assured me(read "ASSURED") that the phone will get delivered before 2 pm. At 5 PM I get a call from the delivery boy, sayin that he will not deliver it today and wasnt even ready to assure me, when the product will get delivered.
Now, I have to my self go and collect the same from their office.
