Bluedart has really been too irresponsible. I was a victim of theircasual behavior and after reading so many reviews on this forum, I amconvinced that it is the worst courier service in the country. I wassent a courier from Jammu to Chennai on 10 Jan 09 with a promise thatit will reach by 13 Jan 09. I believe that 03 days are more than enoughfor a courier to reach any part of the country. When it was notdelivered to me on time, I started enquiring about the same. Finally, on 16 Jan 09 the customer care claimed that the parcel has beendelivered. Today is 21 Jan 09 and there is no whereabouts of theparcel. I lodged complaints for the same to their office. No action hasbeen taken till now. Everytime you call them up, they claim to lookinto the matter. I am already resigned to the fact that I have lost theparcel. I just want to uprise this matter to all through this forum sothat people are ready to take losses in case if they use theirservices.
