I purchased a book on 29 Apr 2015 from EBC webstore andorder no. is 169803. Bluedart tracking number is 50327012072. While sending the order I clearly stated the instruction "Please deliver on 10 May 2015 onwards". Bluedart Courier company called me on 5 May and I conveyed them that I will be on station on 10 May. On 11 May they called me up and I told them to deliver the order. They forget the conversation and the customer.
They again called on on 13 May and I again told them to deliver the order at the earliest. Again the courier company Bluedart forget to do the shipment. After being frustrated from their response I called them up on 15 May and luckily they picked up the call after calling them 20 times. They told to do the shipment by 7:30 PM 15 May, again they failed.
I request Bluedart not to take the patience test of your customers and immediately resolve the issue otherwise they are more competitors in online market. You are not the single company in the market. The order has not been received yet.
