If anyone ask me about worst logistic service provider in INDIA, undoubtedly it is BLUEDART.
As a frequent online shopper, I need to depend on logistic support team. but out of all I found BLUE DART is worst most for below reasons.
* They will never call you for address and availability verification.
* NO SMS update in time.
* No confirmation SMS.
Recently I have purchased a product from EBAY and it take simply three days to deliver my address from nearest warehouse location.(Pic attached)
