As a international brand Blue Dart never meet the expectation. Most of my banks sent their courier through Blue Dart. Recently they have sent my credit card through Blue Dart, I got a message that, they tried to deliver in my home(Kolkata) around 2 PM- 5PM. I live as a single, So, I called them and asked them to deliver by 10- 11 AM before leaving for the office. The answer surprised me . they couldn't deliver it before 2 PM because there timing start from 12 PM onward. So my card has been returned. Now, I have given my office address but still it took 7-10 days and the status is showing it's lying in there warehouse and message came saying they have tried to deliver on Saturday. However, all knows that office is closed on Saturday. I asked through mail then they asked for my extension number department etc. whereas it's easy to deliver in my office address even there is no extension and department. They are able to send me a message but not calling for delivery.
It's pathetic. I urge all my banks don't courier through Blue Dart again and also urging all of you don't use Blue Dart . The customer service and courier service is worst then any other courier.
