I have received a parcel from snap deal through Blue Dart on 7th MAY2013.It reached Chennai on 8th MAY 2013.But still the product not reached me. When I verified the status using Blue Dart Tracking system it saying “Contact Customer care”.
I have called Blue Dart Chengalpattu office more than 100 times but no one is Answering the call. Sometimes Ii am getting busy tone which means phone is working but they are not ready pick calls from customers.
I thought of complaining to Chennai Blue Dart Head office. But the same story there also no one picking the calls. This is not the first time I am facing these kind of issue with Blue Dart they are always like this.
Please stop using Blue Dart service especially in Chennai.
