I have such a long worst experience list with **Bluedart** that I can only say "Never ever use their services" better would be to deliver your shipments through local couriers.
Unfortunate thing is some vendors like Ebay user Bluedart so we end up adding some more worst experiences on the list.
I don't use and won't recommend Bluedart to anyone.
