I got courier on 14th November but they even not tried to contact through mobile or they were not tried to deliver in alternate address (bcoz during week days I am at office).
They send it back and I again asked the sender to re-initiate again. At least this time I am looking for some communication from their side. Two times I went to nearest Bluedart branch (Chromepet, Chennai) to collect my courier.
I am requesting them to made call to mobile numbers at the time of delivery.
