It was scheduled to collect the parcel on 3rd Oct 2016 and got the SMS stating out for delivery at 4.30 pm. No attempt was made to delivery nor a phone call. @6 pm. I received the SMS stating that " cancelled by you" . I logged into blue dart website. And found " refused by consignee" in tracking details.
