Pathetic service. They are what india post used to be in 1980s. The courier delivery boys don't bother to call and their centralised customer care is not accessible from airtel. There just no other way of contacting them. Atleast if they could sms the mob nos of delivery boy we can contact them and collect our item from them.
The reason why amazon is doing well is their robust and customer friendly delivery service
