I have submitted my Visa application with VFS for Canada Visa and paid Rs 200 for the courier charges. After few days, In the VFS site they mentioned that it is couriered through Blue Dart. I waited for 3-4 days and didnt get the courier.
I called them and then they said that it has not yet come. After making calls to many offices, then only I came to know that it has reached the office long back. Blue dart people wont inform about the courier nor they deliver it properly.
I have faced this issues with DTDC courier also. I have lost some bills couriered through DTDC. So I recommend people not to use these services. It is always better to use Speed Post or India Postal Service. But the problem is that some agencies wont use the postal services and they will force us to use Blue Dart only.
Charges for Blue Dart service is too high. Still they dont do the proper service.
