Please guys avoid Bluedart services. Even with online purchases their timeline of delivery is pathetic. Never got the consignment on time citing reasons as cgnee add un-locatable. In fact I don't even get a call from them if they couldn't locate the address and instead I make a call. Whereas other companies such as DTDC, First flight and Ewings have delivered consignment at my door step on time without a problem at all.
Recent Example:
I made 2 products online at the same time. 1st product was shipped from New Delhi through Ewings on 19th Sept and was Delivered to me in Bangalore on 21st. While the 2nd product was shipped from Bangalore itself on 19th Sept and I still haven't received the shipment. I made a call and had to give two landmarks. Note that they didn't bother to call either.
