I have purchased a mobile from Paytm and it should be delivered by Bluedart customer care. AWS No. 69288535536.
Out for Delivery: 18 May 2018
I am waiting for whole day, no one call and deliver my parcel. I contacted to bluedart customer care, they told me, you have incomplete address ( Building name is missing) , they I told why your delivery boy is not call to my mobile. I have tried to explain that this is society and there is building no. and everyone know by building no. and they already delivered previous order.
They told me so what I do? I need bulding name, otherwise We can not deliver. I called 3 times, but they not delivered in any condition and told me to contact paytm. and paytm say contact bluedart, because it show out for delivery. we can not change al this time.
I again call bluedart customer care, they told me please cancel order or call paytm we can not do any thing. its not my problem. thats very unprofession and rude.!
