I would have received more than 30 couriers from bluedart every time I have to call them and remind them to deliver asap, even though the courier reaches their local office they will keep with them for 2 or 3 days with out delivering, even if we want to go and collect at their office they wont deliver, even you carry your identity card its of no use... worst service.
FedEx is far far far better than this one
