The delivery boys and the office staff are extremely rude. I have ordered so many things online and unfortunately Blue dart is the courier service that is expected to deliver the things, but they always complain that I have to go to their office to pick up. When I confront them, they give excuses like my address is too far for them, or their vehicle can only go up to a particular landmark and I will have to meet them their to take the package. They don't care even if the package is as heavy as a mattress or something as small as a credit card post. It is frustrating to deal with them. No exceptions. They even have cut the call on me a couple of times. Blue Dart is a big logistics company, with good reach to remote places, but they should really do regular auditing of the distributors, and delivery guys. It has been my worst experience ever, and every single time.
