I made an online order for a product on an online website. They dispatched the product on 31st jan and as per the tracking number of Blue dart that courier was suppose to be delivered by today 2nd of feb.
I am writing this review because I have not received my order yet. On the blue dart tracking page they are providing false information that, premise was closed. When I called the costumer service they are lying on my face, that courier boy came to my place and I wqas not available.
Most interesting part of this whole deal is the location from where the product was dispatched is only 50 km away from my place, and its not any remote area, I am talking about Mumbai city.
So in 2016 Blue Dart is taking more then 3 days to deliver a courier within Mumbai City. Indian Postal Services Free post card reach faster then this, if you walk you will reach faster then this, if you crawl you will reach faster then this.
