We have booked courier from our Hyd Branch to Chennai office on 9th Feb'2015. Normally it will reach us by 12 noon of next day. But the so called Blue dart people delivered at wrong door no.(in the same complex). we forgot abt the courier as there is no intimation from our Hyd office about that courier.
They also forgot it. After 45 days when we are asked about it, then we understood that it has not been delivered to our chennai office. Wen we asked Blue dart in chennai, no proper response and showing that we have delivered in your office w=showing receiver sign in the machine. But there is no such staff in our office and we told about it and asked the telephone no of receiver then they failed.
After keep on asking and giving pressure on them, after 5 days an open cover reached our office with security man saying that some one has come and given this cover to you. We surprised to see that it has opened and sticked again.
