Bad service in our city!. Review on Blue Dart

I belong to Muzaffarnagar Uttar Pradesh. This review is based on my experience in my city. The Income Tax Department sent my PAN card from this courier service and the courier was reached to Muzaffarnagar quickly within 3 days but that delivery office of Muzaffarnagar is very bad they do not deliver PAN card to the home even they did not called me to collect it from their office. When my PAN card reached to my city courier office of Blue Dart I thought that they will deliver it to me as soon as possible but they kept my PAN card in their office and even did not informed me to collect it from their office. After 2 days I went to their office and  told them to give my PAN card. They asked me to provide them the Aadhar card copy of mine. When I provided them the Aadhar card copy then they ask me to show the original Aadhar card but at that time I did not have the Aadhar card, so I went to home to get it. When I came back to the office and showed them the original Aadhar card then they provided me my PAN card. This is my worst experience with Blue Dart services. In our city they do not deliver Pan cards to the addresses and made call very late to addressee to collect it from their office.
