I saw many review on online shopping site, but my research says that only shopping site is not responsible for bad service, some times shipping agency is also responsible for this and we are blame to shopping site and not give better solution.
It's my personal experience. I bought Axe deo set from Shopclues. I know that shopclues is good site but after purchasing with this we get a tracking number and shipping facility is given by Bluedart so in this mail I found tracking number and Bluedart site name where we can track our product, so I opened it and tracked my order, but I found that this tracking number is invalid. Lots of question are coming in my mind and I am also worried about my product because I have already paid money from online banking.
But after few days, I received my product and I am happy but this same condition revised again with Bluedart so my mind blinks that this problem arises from Bluedart side, and not shopping site so please do not blame directly to any shopping site. Please think little and find out who is actually responsible for the issue and give review in MouthShut to help people.
I saw the same condition, when one user also blamed Tradus that tracking id is invalid and shipper is Bluedart.
