We ordered for online bouquet for Gandhinagar, capital of Gujarat State, the home state of our Prime Minister.
Delivery promise was 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. It has not been delivered even four hour hours after that. What is the point in sending it after the special event is over?
They have a Bangaluru phone number 080-3521 6581. For past half an hour we are getting recorded message "thank you for your patience, we value your order", and nothing after that.
