I regret not seeing all these reviews sooner. My advice is not to order from their site since they are claiming they are able to deliver something they clearly can't do it. After which, when you ask for a refund since the order wasn't delivered on the day and time scheduled, they refuse giving a refund. Be smart and don't use their services.
