I've not been using Blogger for too long, but I found setting up my blog and doing the design very easy. It didn't take long at all. Definitely a great way to setup a website you can publish your writing from without spending any money. They've done a good job of keeping it simple meaning everything is a doddle to do. Now just the hard part of getting people to read the new content haha. Would certainly recommend overall.
