I would like to bring to everyone's attention a concerning issue that I recently experienced with blinkit, an online retailer.
I recently purchased an electronic ( Egg boiler ) item from blinkit, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. When I reached out to the customer service team to inquire about returning or exchanging the product, I was informed that they do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been correctly delivered as per the placed order. This means that even if the product is not satisfactory or if I simply changed my mind, I am stuck with it.
This is incredibly frustrating as many other retailers, both online and offline, have more customer-friendly return policies. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart allow customers to return or exchange products that they are not satisfied with or no longer need. It is disappointing to see blinkit falling behind in this aspect.
I am sharing this complaint not just for my own experience, but to warn others about blinkit's lack of customer-centric policies, particularly when it comes to electronic products. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing electronics from blinkit, as there are better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction.
