I placed an order and they cancelled it without any reason, I got 3-4 calls from customer care and wasted at least 2-3 hours talking to them.
he said that product is out of stock, when I confronted them saying that the product is readily available in market then they said ok they will arrange for it. what was that?
later they asked me to pay extra Rs.655, if I want my order to be delivered or else order will be cancelled.
throughout the conversation, customer care person was commanding me like my boss and highly unprofessional.
