I was not able to proceed further with online payment using wallet's listed at payment page. Waste of time trying this more and more time's.
Worst app I have ever seen. What is use of publishing such adds, as 20% using citrus wallet, when even not able to move to wallet home page. Contacted citrus support, they told everything is clear from their end. When contacted grofers support, they suggested me to clear the cache and to load money first in citrus wallet and than to try the payment. So, I went ahead & loaded money to citrus wallet and tried, but still, no use. Now my money got stuck in citrus wallet.
I also faced the same issue with mobikwik, two weeks ago, when there was an offer as same as 20% cash back when paid through mobikwik wallet.
I prefer online purchase to save time & money. But this is the worst app and no use support team I experienced. Please find the attachment.
