On 19-june-2021 I ordered eggs - two dozen. Grofers delivered eggs packed on 26-May-2021. Unfortunately I did not notice it at the time of delivery.
When I broke open I found the egg was spoilt. Next day it happened again. Please see enclosed photographs.
When I raised a complaint on 24-Jun-2021, the executive said I should raise a complaint within 4 days, I.e. before 23rd.
The eggs are rotten. I still have one of the four packets. I asked the executive to collect it from me. They did not.
This clearly shows they do not have any quality monitoring. Therefore please think twice before ordering anything from Grofers.
