I put an order last month and for the delivery after 15 days and some missing items in order too. Delivery didn't allowed to check at doorstep and customer care services saying we delivered the seal pack order ni refund will we given and no complaint would we accepted I lost my money INR 1500.
So guys don't trust on this cheap service. If you guys want online groceries my experience says it's MY Kirana store the take the money after check your order arlt doorstep.
I will file a case against the grofers in consumer court against my loss.
