Ordered product on 31st jan which was supposed to be delievered on same day at 1.20 pm but it was delayed without any information and despite of tweets and calls I was not informed properly and finally when call was connected I was given surity to get this around 9.30 pm but finally got the msg it will be delievered tomorow.
