Blinkit is a pathetic grocery delivery website. It seems only the first few experiences they give to a new customer are good. Then they start assuming that customer will take their bullshit.
One time i ordered the tofu they sent was decayed and crumbled inside the packet with wrong delivery dates.
Last.time their mausambi was hard and totally dry still i didnt say anything.
This time their tomatoes we hard and not eatable. So i told the delivery guy that i will pay for the rest of the items because i don't have time to call customer service and get it replaced as i amin the middle of house painting job. The delivery in charge told the delivery guy to take the order back and cancel the whole order.
Ridiculous. These people think they have become Gods just because of a little success.
