Blinkit delivers incomplete orders, and when I lodge a complaint, customer care apologizes, citing the items are out of stock. They provide no resolution, neither delivering the missing items nor issuing a refund. They deliver incomplete items, apologize, and still charge us. Its like were paying for their apologies.
Find below the screenshot of chat with customer support. They are not ready to deliver missing item except apologies.
