I have been placing orders for my daily grocery on grofers from last so many months. Things were delivered on time and fresh. But from the last 2 orders and I am highly surprised by the technical issues, wrong delivery and old products. Cinthol Talc Powder was in its worst condition, looked like one of their old product. Also, this time the money got deducted from my account but the order wasn't placed due to technical issues. Later when I placed the order again with the wallet money, the order was placed successfully.
Now it is delivered but I haven't received. The message on the screen is to give feedback but for that I need to receive the products. Alas! I am highly troubled and would avoid Grofers now.
