I ordered a few items on grofers. However the delivery was made 2 hours late than the actual delivery time. and after that, I find that three items in the order were missing which the delivery person did not even inform me about the missing items. Only after I called him, then he agreed that the items were not available and that the cashback will be processed.
And then the cashback has been added to the grofers wallet rather than adding it to the orginal bank account. now I have no option but to order on grofers again in order to use the wallet balance.
