GOOF UP's is the new name for GROFERS. Review on Blinkit

Am a regular online shopping freak but made the biggest blunder to order online on Grofers for the 1st time for groceries & vegetables for a party at home(Order ID: ORD078582134) & they ditched me in every possible way. What's the point in having vegetables in the website when they can't deliver even 1 item out of 9 veggies ordered even after 5 days of delivery date. Worst part is that they didn't even inform us in advance & the delivery too was just abandoned at security & the driver called only after he left from our place just as a courtesy(but kept on yelling that I didn't answer his previous calls, where as I never received any call from his number before that call at all, but wasn't ready to listen & was very very rude over the call). I had to pay extra monies to the security to deliver the rice bag till my flat(selected delivery slot was 7-9pm, as I would be in office till 6pm, but was delivered at 3:30pm without any prior info), only to surprise us with NO veggies at all in the order delivered, making me run out for the veggies for the party planned for next morning.The toll free number never has anyone to answer the call & response to mails would take ages.REAL UNPROFESSIONAL GROFERS & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL. They should rather rename as GOOF Up's.
