This is my 1st experience with groffers and I placed order which was scheduled to deliver on 28th between 6 to 9 pm slot.
Even though we are at place, not received order on due time, still got message that order is delivered.
Customer care services is also very worst. I call on that no and hold for 23 minutes still not able to contact to executive. Messages several time on app. Chat box but not got response.
It's batter not to use this app. And go for conventional approach to be sure your value of money.
What mistake I made that paid online, neither I got the order nor money. Still awaiting response.
