The most unprofessional courier company anyone can ever come across. Hell! The customer care numbers do not work.
Infact none of the numbers given on the website works. Booking office does not have a reply. How is this company surviving? Only God knows.
I have lost complete faith in Blazeflash.
I made the biggest mistake of my life asking my friend to send me courier through Blazeflash on 4.4.2014.
Today is 24.4.2014 and after 20 days there is no trace of my parcel. No one even replies to e-mails.
