I'm used of online Shopping, I just thought of Checking this website, I found a product of my choice and was hesitated for paying it before delivery but still I went ahead and made the payment using my credit card. After 2 days I receive a mail, that "the ordered prod is NA and here are the options."
So I accepted the option and selected one product, (As I'd already made the payment). Then afterwards I get a call stating the cost of the optional prod is increased. I need to pay extra. I was pissed on that, so I requested to cancel the order and refund my money. After which I was told to wait for another 12 working days to receive the refund [WTF].
It means I cannot get the product I ordered also I cannot buy for somewhere else and wait for two weeks to get my refund. I'm blocked.
GUYS PLS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BITFANG, IF AT ALL YOU ORDER, GO FOR A CASH ON DELIVERY AND ONLY IF U HAVE PLENTY OF TIME.
