I am writing this review to address those people who would be searching credentials of Binary Semantics
I have joined this company without knowing that employees are not getting salary on time.
Every month you don’t know salary status. Here everybody is frustrated and looking for change. I can’t understand if they don’t have money to pay, why they are hiring people. I have never seen such bad management. Top management is bothered about only profits. Making profit is not bad thing, but don't harass you employees.
I am bachelor that’s why able to pay rent, mobile bill, credit card bill etc. on time. But in case I am not able to pay, I would be on road. This is not only with me; everybody is frustrated in this company. Mr. CEO – “kindly do something for employee or shut down this company. Make some good HR policy, so that people can enjoy work and make your company more respectable" Otherwise you would be cursed by employees.
I am searching for job but due to recession there are no jobs in the market. Some of my colleague got loan and they are not able pay on time. In this situation anybody can do suicide, if it happens – Management would be responsible for this. I request people to rate this article and provide valuable comments.
