I purchased a maruti omni from BIMAL auto agency Bangalore and have enjoyed the van and the service too. The service has been excellent and very prompt. They take the trouble to followup after the service and recall the vehicle to fix the problems if any.
The rates charged are reasonable and everything is transparent. I hope as many people have this good experience. I regret to say that they have withdrawn the free pick up and drop of cars for service w.e.f. January 1, 2008. I often forget that there is no free lunch and someone has to pay for it. I am a proud owner of a Maruti vehicle and proud to get it serviced at BIMAL. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. keep it up.
The story of my friends who own the competing brands of Maruti is very different. They complain about the very high cost of spares and the maintenance cost.
